Fay recieved her Bachelor's Degree from Purdue University (1988) in Psychology
and her Master's Degree from Indiana University (1992) in Agency Counseling. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Her Experience has included supervisory work in a foster care agency; private practice; employee assistance program; therapy work in a psychiatric hospital; and work with a local Psychiatrist for eight years.
Fay's specific areas of experience and expertise are working with adolescents, anxiety issues (with a concentration in agoraphobia), marriage and family therapy, and foster care issues that relate to the child, biological parent(s) and foster parents.
