Joy E.P. Bell, M.S., L.M.H.C.


Joy recieved her Bachelors Degree from Ball State University (1994, Psychology) and her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling (1998) from the University of St. Francis. She has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2000 and worked in the Social Services field since 1994. Joy has worked in a varitey of setting including Mental Health Centers, Social Service Agencies, and Private Practice. She provides outpatient treatment for individuals, families, and children. Joy has extensive experience working with women's issues, past and present trauma, sexual abuse, grief issues, physical abuse, alcohol/drugs, and domestic violence.
